Montreal-based prodco Cineflix is expanding its management teams in the U.K. and Toronto with the appointments of new execs Rob Carey, Nick Godwin and Gavin McGarry.

Carey is the new head of factual entertainment in the company's U.K office. Previously he ran the factual entertainment unit at indie prodco At It Productions, where he created and exec produced the BBC children's show Hider in the House.

Godwin joins Cineflix as executive producer, leaving his position as head of documentaries at U.K-based prodco Wag TV, where he developed projects including the three-parter Face of Britain and the Discovery series Kings of Construction.

McGarry is Cineflix's new VP of digital media at the company's Toronto office, where he will oversee new media and interactive broadcast properties. He is the former head of cross-platform business development at prodco Endemol.
