Coreys get Lost again
by: Aug 27, 2007 Print

VANCOUVER -- The 20th anniversary of the popular 1987 vampire movie, The Lost Boys, is being celebrated with a sequel that will wrap six weeks of production in Squamish and Richmond, outside of Vancouver, on Sept. 24.

Lost Boys 2: The Tribe brings back original stars Jason Patric, Jamison Newlander, Corey Haim and Corey Feldman in secondary roles. The actual leads of the production were not released at press time. The original also starred Kiefer Sutherland.

This time, the vampires are surfing.

Though aimed at the straight-to-DVD market, the movie may get a theatrical release because of the participation of Haim and Feldman, who are currently starring in the A&E reality hit The Two Coreys.

P.J. Pesce (From Dusk Till Dawn 3: The Hangman's Daughter) is the director, and Hans Rodionoff (National Lampoon's Bag Boy) is the writer.
