by: May 16, 2008 Print

TSN will be ready when the flag drops for a second season of stock car racing's all-Canadian circuit.

Presented by Sirius Satellite Radio, the series rounds out the sports broadcaster's all-encompassing NASCAR offering, which includes full-season coverage of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series.

The series "is coming off a fantastic inaugural season last year," says TSN president Phil King. "TSN is looking forward to building on the series' success and delivering great competition and fast-paced excitement to racing fans across the country."

The network will televise 13 one-hour broadcasts across the country -- one for each of the races in the series -- until September. Coverage commences on May 30 with the Crown Jewel 200 at Cayuga International Speedway.
