Sci Fi Channel has again teamed with Vancouver's Insight Film Studios (Painkiller Jane) on two adventure MOWs, sending Ba'al and Riddles of the Sphinx to camera this month.

Jeremy London (Gods and Generals) stars in the former as a professor in search of a supernatural cure for his cancer, while Dina Meyer (the Saw franchise) fronts Sphinx with Lochlyn Munro (Daddy Day Camp) - as a daughter/father team at odds with a certain cat-like creature from Egypt. Both went to camera Oct. 1, with Paul Ziller (Swarmed) helming Ba'al and George Mendeluk (12 Hours to Live) in charge on Sphinx.
