1966: Moves to Toronto to co-host CTV's new current affairs program W5, and becomes the first female reporter for CFTO

1976: Becomes executive producer of The National and news specials
1980: Becomes network program director for CBC English Television
1988: Becomes VP of television news, current affairs and Newsworld
1992: Named VP, CBC Regions (radio, television, English, French)
1993: Joins NetStar to launch Canadian Discovery Channel
