Teletoon is allowing viewers to comment on, and vote for, 10 original pilots for potential development into series. The pilots, targeted at males 18 to 34, were commissioned as part of an effort to find new programming for the cable channel's evening and nighttime lineup. They will run simultaneously on sympatico.ca and thedetour.ca for 10 weeks. The eleventh week will feature the pilot of a series already in development. The episodes will also be available through iTunes.

The contenders include Lenz Entertainment's Ninjamaica, Nerdland from Cuppa Coffee, Nelvana's Celebutard Nation and Chinatown Cops from Portfolio Entertainment.
